My practice has been primarily in the area of major personal injury. Included in that has been cases involving jockeys and race tracks, trampolines, bottle products, I.U.D.s, industrial chemical solvents, heavy industrial equipment, prescription pharmaceuticals, power tools, cranes, bicycles, gas valves and controls and numerous packaged food products to name a few. I continue to work in the areas of equine law, product liability, insurance, Corporate general liability and premises liability.

I have tried numerous cases to a successful conclusion, including brain damage, quadriplegia, birth trauma and amputation cases in Wayne County Circuit Court, Oakland County Circuit Court, Livingston County Circuit Court, Macomb County Circuit Court and Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

ARBITRATION
I have been frequently chosen to sit as defense arbitrator and mediator in a variety of litigated matters. I have also successfully defended numerous cases in an arbitration setting.
