TRIAL RECORD<\/span>
I have tried numerous cases to a successful conclusion, including brain damage, quadriplegia, birth trauma and amputation cases in Wayne County Circuit Court, Oakland County Circuit Court, Livingston County Circuit Court, Macomb County Circuit Court and Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARBITRATION<\/span>
I have been frequently chosen to sit as defense arbitrator and mediator in a variety of litigated matters. I have also successfully defended numerous cases in an arbitration setting.<\/p>\n
